"New Normal" I'm not a fan.

So I'm not a fan of the phrase "new normal" because I really don't believe that where we are emerging from lockdown is normal. It's all new but a lot of it I think will be temporary.

Sure there are likely to be changes to peoples working habits - I'm delighted to be back in the clinic working and not working from home. It's really no secret that I haven't enjoyed working from home and if I was to do it for longer periods in the future I'd want dedicated space. Not working in my immaculate kitchen as was described by my new dental pal Tracy Stuart - whereas in reality it was just clever camera angles and hiding the crap. However my cleaner is back thank heavens Mrs Hinch doesn't need to worry about me - I hate cleaning.

But I'm back at work - so after almost getting in to a routine during lockdown it's all changed and I need to find a new routine. Except gyms aren't open, shops are open but it's not the same and they aren't all open.

But I'm trying - and the point of this post is to set some baby goals for this blog. Perhaps my previous challenge of 3 posts a week was overly ambitious. So the challenge is at least 1.

It might all be drivel - but it's my drivel.
